  • Whole-staff launch sessionEvery member of staff hears the why and the plan, together, at the start.
  • Letter to parents from school leadersFamilies know what is changing in classrooms, and why.
  • Structured peer observationPartners observe each other between meetings, focused on the technique each teacher is trying.

Technology in the classroom

The four-year journey

  1. Years 1 and 2You are here

    Innovator Programme

A group of teachers starts with the playbook. Each year, the school’s practice is evaluated against two questions: are students learning more, and is teaching improving?

  2. End of year 2

    Whole-school workshop

A full day on site. Two years of evidence shape the plan for every classroom.

  3. Years 3 and 4

    Whole school

Leaders, the school board and parents are part of it. By the end, the practice no longer depends on any one person.

We’ll know it’s working when: students are learning more · teaching is improving.
